Our cartons do not wear distinctive mark. All our products are sent in discreet packages without indication or advertising and delivery to the address you specified on your order.

No order is shipped on Sunday, so any order placed on sunday will be shipped on Monday.
If you choose to pay by check or bank transfer, the order will be processed once we receive it. Consequently, the time limits applicable in this case are those at the receiving date of the check or wire transfer regulations.

To enable us quick delivery and to avoid any returns, we absolutely need all informations to facilitate the delivery (full address, apartment number, floor, etc ...).

Delivry and Tracking

Delivery with Colissimo.

Starting from the assumption by the Post Office, your package will be delivery at home within 48 hours (metropolitan France).

With Colissimo, your order is delivered from Monday to Saturday. In case of absence or delivery of your package impossibility (no guard, ...), the postman leaves a notice mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you can collect your parcel upon presentation of your ID.

From the day the postman leave the notice, you have 15 days to collect your parcel. After this time, it will be automatically returned to the sender (us).
